SC - yet another egg question uses

Ice cream, hollandaise sauce, eggs benedict, potato salad, creme brulee, cream
puffs, omelets, meringue cookies, egg nog (never too late for homemade eggnog)

I have seen on 20/20 that eggs in the same dozen may be of all different ages.
