Maybe for making tvorog (farmer's cheese) or smetana (sour cream)?  I don't
think I'd let something that sounds so pretty in the barn for one of the
cows to kick.  Will it stand up on its own or does it fall over?  Perhaps
it would have sat in another container (warm water bath, raised trivet, etc).
