This sounds like an interesting referance to put in the Florilegium.
Since you have the book, could please list the usual bibliographic
info so I can add this to the Florilegium? 

The Ebay mention isn't much use as my files are not that real-time.
I suspect the info may not even still be on Ebay as I'm just now
reading this in the SCA-Cooks digest and that auction is already
over. However this book review may be of use to others for years to come.
