I would not serve this modified version at a feast.  However, as a way of
introducing some medieval flavors into my mundane diet, it worked quite
nicely.

	Yum, I'm sure it was good.  fra niccolo and I recently took a class
about Middle Eastern pastries where the instructor made the observation
that rosewater was the medieval equivalant to vanilla extract.  It made
it's way into everything, and even though not sweet in itself, it seems
to make everything taste sweeter when its in there.
