Canned blackberry cobbler makes a great breakfast.  I highly recommend it.  I
also like applesauce with dried fruits and nuts for breakfast, which is really
easy to make.  BTW, how is it done?  I've only ever bought it, and I was
thinking about trying it.  Hot water bath, or what?  None of my preserving books
have any info.
