Well, I think I have the menu I'd like to do for Toys for tots.  Now it 
remains to be seen what changes need to be made due to cost.
I'm sending this to the cooks list and the shire list for comments.  Alvira

Feast Menu

First Remove -      Onion Soup
            Marinated cucumbers
            Ruzzige Cake (think cheesy bread)
            Cherries, and Pears compote

Second Remove -     Light Breads
            Citrus Butters
            Sliced beef in Swallenberg sauce
            Peas and Carrots
            A cake of Walnuts and honey

Third Remove -      Baked Salmon
            Dark breads
            Soft cheeses
            Grilled gourd slices with yellow sauce
            Apple
