Grape Nuts are put out by Post Cereals and are a very old cereal-
invented somewhere arond the turn of the last century IIRC. It's
basically a barley bread that is the dries and crumbled into little
crumbs that look alot like small animal kibbles. They are:

98% fat free
47g carbohydrate and 6g protein per serving

ingredients are: wheat flour, malted barley flour, salt and yeast.
Nothing else. No added sugar, though the malt has sugars in it.

Great stuff- workout for your jaws. Sticks to the ribs. Keeps well. I
highly recommend it.
