Oh, hey! I could _do_ this! The feast I'm planning for (Harvest Court
this October) will have a variety of breads and curds in the first
course.
What I'm wondering, though, is what is the ratio of milk at the
beginning to finished product? Also, how far in advance can the curds be
made, and still remain fresh?
