Well done!!!  Getting a recipe printed is hard at the best of times, and it
is great to hear that an _actual_ medieval recipe was used!  (When I get a
chance, I will track down a recipe called "Elizabethan Pie" to see what you
all think about the likelihood of it actually being period.)
