I don't think you have to appologize for the bandwidth. This is still
a lot more period cooking related than a lot of messages here, some
of mine included.

I assume from your comments that these have not been translated into
English.

If you have the time and are interested, I'd very much like to see
the translations for the pretzels and maybe the biscotti. I have files
already for both of these. Previously we've discussed pretzels but the
feeling has been that, yes those are obviously pretzels from the
pictures, but do they have the texture and taste of pretzels. Until
now, I don't think anyone has pointed out any period pretzel recipes.
