You do what I do, and use splenda [sucralose] It takes heat just fine and is
even legal in the US. Drop me a line if you are interested in chatting about
sugar avoidance, I am diabetic. I also do high protein, low fat and no fruits
or starchy veggies [just green leafy or high fiber ones]
