You have to check with your server to see if they offer Usenet--many do
although some do with an additional fee.  If you aren't on AOL, you can go
to www.deja.com and they provide free usenet service.  The only problem I
had with Deja is that if you are having them mail the newsgroups to you,
when you post a message, there can be quite a delay from when you send to
when it shows up on the newsgroup.  You can read and post from the website
directly if the lag is too long.
