SC - Watering the crops

It's been _way_ hot here in Montana, too, although we don't get the
mugginess/humidity, being "semi-arid."  I guess this is the arid
part....<g> We had a very dry winter and spring, and the hills are
months ahead of the usual fire danger level (more like Sept. than late
July).  It's in the 90s and sticky (for us), and we get thunderclouds
but no rain for relief....*sigh*
