SC - Scientific American article

There's a new Scientific American article about the birth of the modern view of
healthy eating.  Seems the author ties our modern views of nutrition and eating
habits to Paracelsus and the break with traditional Greek thoughts.  Thought this
list might be interested.  It was written by Dr. Rachel Laudan.  It would be
interesting to see if anyone on the list knows her.
