Please do.  I am glad to know that someone in the SCA
has a copy of this cookbook.  Peter Rose mentions this
cookbook in her preface, saying that it was the first
cookbook printed in Dutch, even though it was
published in Brussels.  And when you finish your
translation, I would be happy to purchase a copy of
it.
