Folks, I had some interesting Conch fritters when I was in the Orlando
area of Florida early last May. Although they were mostly corn (maize)
meal and conch. I'd be interested in seeing any period recipes and
redactions for anything similar.
While I do have this file:
frittours-msg (40K) 12/29/99 Period fried breaded foods. Recipes.
The closest I have to any kind of seafood fritter is one made with
frog meat. Most of these, in this file, seem to be of fruits and
cheese and such.
