SC - Is it REALLY non-stick?????

I guess a more specific question would be:
When they say:  You don't need to grease the pan / use vegetable spray.... Do 
they mean that you don't need to use any, zero - zip - none- nada.... Or are 
they just bluffing and you gotta spray the pan with some vege spray.....  I 
really need to know before I spend my hard earned coppers on MORE pots and 
pans...
