Cariadoc's Miscellany and his Collections can be

The Miscellany is a collection of various things
medieval, including some redacted recipes, and his
Collections are two volumes of facsimiles of recipes
from original sources or English translations of
original sources.  My advice would be to order all
three books.  The Miscellany is an excellent place to
start if you are not yet ready to redact your own
recipes, and the Collections are excellent source
books for original recipes to redact.
