Ambivalent or ambiguous? I assumed this was a misspelled sucrose
molecule. Besides, it only demonstrates further the point, which is that
chemists should not write cookbooks... Somewhere I have a recipe for
potato salad written by a computer programmer, if you think _this_ was annoying.
