SC - Help!!!

What do you have in mind.  I have a good recipe  for a Scottish Hough . 
which is sort of a meat dish a in pastry. I have others besides. One for a 
"oat stuffing" that is very good in any fowl, and  a lamb and barley 
soup/stew.
  Let me know what you need as there are more.
