This was posted in todays Los Angeles Times, in the
column called "Only in L.A."

>From a restaurant in San Luis Obispo:

"Our chefs carefully age and cut all our steaks and
are presented to your table after being barbecued over
live red oak coals.  Enjoy!"

So, please, do not accept any jobs as a chef in San
Luis Obispo unless you enjoy being barbecued.  I know
that I will also avoid the chef salad there.
