Sounds like that may be the case. :-( Copying and posting messages sent to 
one list onto another list without permission from the original poster is 
extremely unethical but occurs with alarming frequency. Many 
misunderstandings and problems can occur by indulging in such behavior. 
Unfortunately there is little that can be done to halt the practice because 
many people simply do not see such behavior as the very real privacy issue 
that it is.
