FWIW, Platina lists perhaps nine or ten tortas, as do some other
authors. The relevance of that fact probably depends on the number of
recipes we've worked on/adapted, though.

Perhaps "Pies, Tarts, Tortas, Crustades, Flaons, etc. -- Savory" would
be the way to go?
