Keep on trying. Not every class I give is well attended. Some even have to be cancelled due to lack of interest. But I keep plodding along...... Look at the bright side, you got 3 people to taste period food. That's 3 more than there were before you taught the class. We'll get them one by one. NEVER give up!! Andrea
