Actually, I said my part of Northern California.  I live in the foothills of
the Sierra Nevadas.  We don't get floods either.

HA!  HAHAHAHAHA!!!!  Northern California does too have
earthquakes!  Loma Prieta, San Francisco, Eureka, Mono
Lake, Tulare, Chico ... I could name more.

Of course you forgot to mention floods ... You had a
lot of those the last few years ...
