SC - cooking class disappointment

Hate to brag but...my lord is a better cook than I am...and he does wonderful
medieval cooking (also brewing!).  The difference between us is that he doesn't
enjoy the research end of it as much as I do.  So we frequently do a teamwork
thing:  I do the research and he does the cooking.  That's how we're handling
the Oriental feast that we're working on for September!
