Is this to be a dinner party at your house?  How many guests?  Money
restrictions?  Do you have good supply of kitchen implements, etc.?  It's
different if you are going to be cooking over a camp fire at a war for
them--and maybe 15 other campers.

Start by going to Duke Sir Cariadoc's site, look at the recipes in the
Miscelleny, the ones labeled English, and see what appeals to you.  Let
us know if you find something you like but aren't sure you are up to
preparing it.  We'll talk you through it.  No harder than landing your
first 737 when the pilot has a heart attack.  (Well, they do it in the
movies all the time).
