I know it tooks some time to prepare that email for me and I am indeed 
greatful.

Now I won't worry so much about someone before, during -or- even after my 
feast coming up and saying "That's not period." I won't hesitate to politely 
tell them how I feel.

I gladly invite any other's advice.  Now I can get going with this mental 
block removed.
