Perhaps Master Cariadoc or someone else has already answered with the
mail address but I bought the two volumes of cookbooks at Pennsic this
last year and a copy of the Miscellany, years and years back at another
Pennsic or TFYC.

I believe this file has the ordering info as well as info on other
books by SCA authors. This is in the FOOD-BOOKS section of my files:
