Ah. Of course, a year or more later, in fact. I apologize if I missed
that 16th century reference, but then you can't believe everything you
read anyway, can you? I understood the discussion to be on a mustard
recipe from Platina, and exactly what grain is intended by the author.
While I agree that a taste test would tend to help narrow down the
possibilities, it can't override a simple chronology on the same
subject.
