I agree...I think we all have this problem in one way or another in our groups.
Unfortunately, there is usually someone out there who has started all of
this...some knucklehead who has made a "pronouncement" that "such a thing is
true".  And, equally unfortunately, there was some innocent who listened and
believed and passed it on, crediting the "pronouncement" to "they".

However, I do agree also that it is important that we counter this with more
accurate information backed up by the best documentation we know how to
produce.  And that we do it in such a way that we make it a fun thing to do!  In
this way, we will win more and more converts over to doing things in a more
period manner.

At least I hope so!!!!
