SC - Remove vs. Course

Actually in the last year or two, I've noticed a differance, at least
in parts of Ansteorra. I've seen the word "course" used more and more
instead of "remove". Likewise the word "headcook" or somthing similar
and "hall steward" instead of "feast-o-crat" or "autocrat".
