I know that this is post period and I hope people won't mind me sending this, 
but it looks so good and interesting that I feel compelled to share.

Baked Potato in Honey and Garlic.

6                 Cooked potatoes in their skins.
1 Full Tabls Honey.
2                Garlic, crushed.
1/4 Cup     Olive oil.
1 Tabl        Soy sauce.

Directions:

Peel and cut in half the potatoes.
Arrange in a oven prove baking dish and sprinkle some salt. ( not much).
Mix  the rest of ingredients, warm up a little in the micro, and pour over
the potatoes.
Bake in your oven toaster, ( I did so) uncover on preheated 350F/180C
hot oven for about 20 - 30 minutes.

Serve with fish, or chicken, with some fresh salads.
