The Evil list administrator has spoken and I am sorry I did not read all my
posts before replying to the ones I already have.

But as to his challenge, I can not travel anywhere right now, but I would
love to assist in planning these dishes if I am qualified and if you are
interested in my input.  Since I am one who jumped din the middle of this
