The primary reason I would comment at all is because members of my household
have health concerns that preclude them eating a little bit all day long.
So, all 20 of us ate off-board rather than see diabetics drop to the floor.

This is not my experience. Every diabetic diet I have been exposed to in
over 25 years of diabetes recommends several small meals rather than three
bigger ones. If I do take my shot and do not have a snack around 3 pm, I am
too shocky by drive home time to make it safely home. Eating a little bit
all day long is far better for me than eating one big meal late in the
evening.
