SC - Almond Milk - a silly question

A brief web search on "sester, volume, medieval" found four items, of
which the first was in the floriligium, from a previous discussion of
just this question. Eileen Powers apparently asserts that the sester
is 8 pints, but doesn't say how she knows. The other items were less
useful.

If 8 pints is correct, then after boiling bouchet is about 8 parts
water to one of honey. Digby is about 6 parts water to one of honey
(all "about" because volumes of miscible liquids don't sum).
Obviously we should try making some--since bouchet is period, and
Digby isn't.

Note that there is still the difference in how the spice gets into the drink.
