I might add that acetous fermentation also goes on in the body, where we turn
consumed alcohol into vinegar (acetic acid). Ironic isn't it? Eat sugar and
make alcohol. Eat alcohol and make vinegar. Our body (or the flora and fauna
inside it) is always busy.
