SC - Preserving Food, and Crystallized Ginger

I had the TV Guide Award show on in the background last night.  MS came on
and I cringed and tried to ignore her...then she started doing an
incredible spoof of HERSELF.  I died!!!  She was really funny, and when she
started talking about the "Sopranos" and the correct fabric for masks
appropriate for each hostage, I fell off my couch and literally scared the
cats.
