My daughter and i watch Emeril every once in a while. I usually only 
turn on my TV to watch that Medieval show, "The X-Files", or a video.

We enjoy him. He's enthusiastic without being TOO cute (Yan of Yan 
Can Cook, now that's annoying). I don't find him condescending. And 
we've seen him recover gracefully from cooking flubs, which you 
rarely see on other cooks shows.
