    Think about it - all you're doing is covering the meat with something
that will sear it at about 1100 degrees when ignited. Simple physics.
There's nothing to impart flavor to the meat, as there's a layer of oil that
protects it. It's just the psychological impact of seeing meat packed in
sugar that makes people freak. It's just NOT done! Which is part of the fun,
you understand . . .
