this is written by Barbara Santich.  the edition I have is from Chicago review Press and is a facsimile reprint I got from Acanthus Books (they have a site. . . .www.acanthus-books.com ).  I also fgot 5 more copies from Jessica's Biscuit some months back for $4.50 or so each whgen they had a clearance.  You may check their site as well if you are looking for copies.
