Was just sitting here in the RV reading USA Today waiting for Law and Order 
to come on :-)

When... I came across this article in Across the USA:

"South Carolina:  Columbia - Culinary students under age 21 soon might be 
allowed to taste alcohol.  The Legislature is considering changing 
regulations for the state Commission on Higher Education that would let 
culinary students under 21 taste alcohol as part of school curriculum, but 
they must spit into a sink or bucket after sipping."  

Guess this comes from "don't cook with any alcohol you wouldn't spit out."
