yes, I've just sent away for those!  I'm fairly new at
medieval cookery myself.  I have The Medieval Kitchen and
Plyn Delit.  I'm also enjoying Le Menagier do Paris online.

i'm definitely in favour of supporting the local economy of
fellow members, especially when the research is so fine!
