measurement and temperature conversions and ingredient info for 
bemused cooks of all nationalities.  ("What's a 'stick' of butter?" "What 
is strong flour?" "How hot is Gas Mark 4?")  And, of course, a 
debunking of the infamous Neiman-Marcus cookie story.
