If you plan to use lavendar for quite a bit of cooking/brewing (it makes an
outstanding ingredient for Mead), and you live in a nice climate, you may
consider growing it in your garden. English Lavendar grows exceedingly well
in many regions (and perfumes the yard nicely, to boot.) If interested, I
will locate some good mail-order sources (Michigan Bulb Company is the one I
use).
Man cannot live on bread alone... he must have beer to soak it in.
