Italy. The same country that we get our Apician dormouse recipe from. Imagine 
that? You could create a dish using cat and rat and call it 'Predator and 
Prey.' Or present roast cat and when you sliced into you would find it 
stuffed with dormice. :-) Definitely have to put that in my file as a 
possible subtlety. :-)
