I haven't often run into iced tea here in the East. Lemonade, or other juice
drinks, seem to be fairly common. I've also encountered a rosewater drink
(which I didn't care for, not liking rosewater much).
For my own feasts, I've been tending to do sekanjabin and syrup of lemons.
They aren't from the cuisine I'm using (mostly late medieval English and
French), but as least they are documentable to a similar time period. If
anyone has any better suggestions, I'm open to them.
