That's because you've been weird for as long as you can remember...:)

My favourite pizza has always been just bread, olive oil, some herbs,
maybe a little Parmesan cheese or garlic. 

I've seen 'taco' pizzas, 'cheeseburger' pizzas (wasn't Trimaris,
either), 'teriyaki'
pizzas, pizzas with shrimp and crab, that aforementioned bizzarness
called 'Hawaiian' pizza. I think I even saw a 'Reuben' pizza once on a
menu. People are strange.
