SC - Cordial's in History

Hello,

I am fairly new to the SCA and I have just joined this list.

I would like to enter an A&S competion being held at Coronet at the end of March. (Kingdom of the West)

I haven't had much luck in finding documentation for cordials. Can anyone recomend some good sources for documentation and recipes, preferably refererences that would be reasonably easy to get a hold of?
