Correct. And fought in Meredies.
The main purpose of the War is friendship and fun. We don't want to
create the sometime tension and animosity that the East and Middle have
generated at times.

I had agreed with his then Majesty of Trimaris that once the War Points were
read the winner would stand up and say it sounded like a tie to him. The
object was to not put winning above competing.
